In this category you find TypeCraft wiki pages that feature a short but quite detailed description of a linguistic phenomenon. Essential for a TypeCraft Grammar squib is that it is backed-up by data, and ideally by data that is directly accessible online, as it is the case for TypeCraft IGT data.

Grammar squibs are an ideal way to present work in progress including suggestions about how observed patterns may relate to assumed linguistic generalisations, or suggestions for a promising theoretical adaptation of the presented material.

Squibs may be open-ended. They are meant to raise questions and to present research in progress.
