Ruby Otoo is a lecturer at u.e.w. She works in the Department of Ga-Dangme Education. She lectures in phonology, morphology,syntax,written literature and other courses. My interest is in morphophenemics. I was born on December 21 1959 at Osu(Accra Ghana). My highest educational level is M phil.
