My name is Signe Rix Berthelin, and I have studied in Norway, NTNU, the last three years; Social Anthropology, Linguistics and Kiswahili.

Kiswahili as well as Linguistics -more precisely Syntax and Semantics- are my main topics. Next semester I will go to SOAS in order to study the Structure of Bantu languages as well as general linguistics, before I finish my bachelor's degree and hopefully move on with a master's.

My main interests in the field of Linguistics are case, how to describe meaning and how to describe the structure of languages. In the field of Kiswahili I am very interested in the class system especially the so called locative class.

As a native speaker of Danish I find it exciting to apply linguistic theory on the Danish language which has a lot of interesting contructions. I have put Danish data into Typecraft and did my best to annotate properly. I will put out more Danish data continually.
