I am Samuel Namugala, a Ugandan by nationality. I pursued my first degree (Bachelor of Arts with Luganda Language and Communication Skills) at Makerere University, Kampala in Uganda. There after, I undertook a Master's of Philosophy in Linguistics at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (Dragvol Campus).
