I taught for a year and gained admission to University College of Education, Winneba to pursue a three-year Diploma in Dagbani Education. I later entered for one-year degree program after completion. After the program I went back to the classroom and taught for three years. I came back to the University of Education, Winneba, this time in the Department of Applied Linguistics for my second degree. I finished in 2007 and was taken as a lecturer to teach Dagbani.
