Continuous and Progressive Aspects are two concepts that have not been given fair treatment in existing grammars of Runyankore- Rukiga. Quite often, the two have been mixed up where the reader can hardly trace the difference between them. My major objective in this article is to show the distinction between the two for the betterment of our language. Watch this space.
