I am Kiswahili lecturer at Makerere University, Kampala. I born in 1969 at Nyabutobo, Bushenyi district in Western Uganda. I hold an M.A in Languages (from Makerere University), as well as a B.A from the same institution. I am registering for my PhD course in Language policy, planning and management, again at Makerere University.
