Clare Sandy is a graduate student in the linguistics department at the University of California, Berkeley. She is studying Abo, a Bantu language of Cameroon as part of a Field Methods class. Interests include: language documentation and description, fieldwork, phonology, morphology, historical linguistics, language change, typology, Amazonian linguistics. Languages spoken and/or worked on: French, Portuguese, Malagasy, Omagua, Abo.
