Bright Amoah was born on the 16th of July, 1980. He comes from Dromankese near Nkoranza in the Brong-Ahafo region of Ghana. He had his first degree in Linguistics and Philosophy from the University of Ghana in 2005, and is currently MPhil student in Linguistics, in the area of Lexicography and dialectology at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
