I am a PhD Student at Department of Language and Communication Studies (ISK), Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). My doctoral work addresses issues within corpus linguistics and machine learning applied to Telugu. Collaborative corpus work on-line and the use of corpus data in linguistics proper is part of my work within the TypeCraft project.

My research interests are: Computational linguistics, Corpus linguistics, Active Learning and applying Machine Learning techniques for Language documentation.

My current research is: "Telugu Corpus Annotation: An integrated approach combining linguistic language documentation and the creation of digital language resources"
