My name is Medadi E. Ssentanda.

I hold a PhD in General Linguistics (Stellenbosch University) in the area of language education. I have an M.A. (Linguistics) and B. A (Education) from [http://www.mak.ac.ug Makerere University]. I am a Lecturer in the Department of African Languages, Makerere University, Kampala, Uganda. My mother tongue is Luganda (also known as Ganda).
  
My name is Medadi Erisa Ssentanda. I hold an M.A. (Linguistics) and B. A (Education: Luganda and History), Makerere University. I am currently an Assistant Lecturer in the Institute of Languages, Makerere University, Kampala, Uganda, East Africa.

At the University, I teach: Luganda morphology, Luganda Orthography, Luganda for Scholarly Communication, Language policy and managemet and Introduction to Translation. I a reader in multilingual education, language policy in a school context and early reading literacy development.
  
My native language is Luganda (also known as Ganda). I love my mother tongue and I want to see it develop each day.

I also have interest in the area of Language Description and Documentation. In addition I love Computer work, research, translation, teaching and learning new things.
  
At the University, I teach: Luganda morphology, Research methods in Luganda, and Translation. I also participate in projects at the Institute of Languages: Translation projects, Software Localization, Dictionary Writing and in the terminology development for Luganda with Primary Schools teaching as target.
